He carried lightly in his hand a small silver headed cane, and wore upon his head a hat of the latest shape. His feet were encased in patent leather shoes of the most pointed style, while his trousers fitted tightly to his long, slim legs.Upon his upper lip was a down like substance, barely visible by the strong rays of the electric light.
