Excerpt from Annual Reports of the Town Officers of the Town of Canterbury, Comprising Those of the Selectmen, Treasurer, Town Clerk, School Board, Librarian, Library Trustees, Tax Collector and Trustees of Trust Fund: For the Year Ending January 31, 1934He shall call all meetings of the Selectmen at the re quest of the chairman and Shall be in attendance thereat and keep in a book especially provided for the purpose a true record of the minutes of any such meeting, recording there in the names of members Voting for or against any propo sitiou acted upon at said meeting.He shall establish office hours when he shall be on duty at the Town House for the transaction of Town business.
