The overthrow of the general currency of the na tion, which has produced so much distress, and the continuing process by which, what little remains available, seems rapidly passing out of the state. Have already prostrated all uniform standard of value, and the ruinous diminution in the prices of agricultural products, have rendered all real estate of little present worth. School lands, therefore, are no longer sought after by purchasers, and, hitherto.
