Der Sammelband bündelt die Ergebnisse einer Expertenfachtagung der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Berufsbildungsforschungsnetz (AG BFN). Es gibt Beiträge zu vier thematischen Schwerpunkten: Begriffsverständnis Inklusion, Angebote und Lernorte inklusiver Berufsbildung, Kompetenzen und Potenziale von Menschen mit Behinderungen, Ausbildungsstandards und Professionalisierung des Personals. Die Autoren präsentieren Erkenntnisse und Erfahrungen und bieten konstruktiv-kritische Anregungen und Denkanstöße für Forschung, Politik und Praxis der beruflichen Bildung. The anthology bundles the findings of a conference of The Vocational Education and Training Research Network Association (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Berufsbildungsforschungsnetz - AG BFN). There are articles on four central topics: Understanding the term inclusion, offerings and learning locations for inclusive vocational training, competences and potential of disabled people, training standards and professionalisation of the training staff. The authors present results and experiences and offer constructive-critical suggestions and thought impulses for research, policy and practice in vocational training.
