It is agreed that the index of first lines of stanzas contained in the regular edition of said book shall be omitted, and the party of the first part agrees to reset the index of first lines and put it in the same type and style as the index of first lines of the hymn book Laudes Domini. The party of the first part agrees to add to the work a Supplement of not more than eight pages of words and music, the copy of which Supplement is to be supplied by the party of the second part, and to be guaranteed by said second party to contain nothing that will involve an infringement.
