Ms. Matthew received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She also received her Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from unc-greensboro. Ms. Matthew brings with her twenty-eight years of law enforcement experience.
