Poems From Him" is a collection of poems the Lord gave me many years ago over a period of several years. They have been a blessing to me and I felt it was time to share them with others. They tell of a Father's great love, a Savior's great sacrifice, and His soon coming return for His children. I hope they inspire love for, and faith in, our amazing Creator. My name is Rick Rice. I live in Lakeland, Florida and I am retired. My wife of 45 years, Peggy, went to be with Jesus in April of 2020. I enjoy spending time with my five great grandchildren and being involved in their lives. The poems in this book tell of God's great love for us and His beautiful plan of salvation. They tell of His willingness to meet our needs and take care of us. I hope each reader is inspired, and encouraged, to know Him better and to trust Him completely.
