A fecond caufe was the Articles of Pertb, viz: the obf'ervation of Fefiivall dayes kneeling at the Communion c0nfirmation, adminifita tion of the Sacraments in private places which are brought in by a null Aiiembly and are contrary to the Confeliion offaith, as it was meant and fubfcribed ulnno 1580.
