Between 65 ya and 7176 of the area treated in the Gulf Coast States of Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, and Texas was by dusting, 40% in Georgia, 35 70 in North Carolina, and 20 70 in South Carolina. The highest propor tion of application of mixtures is 69 76, reported in South Carolina, followed by 50% in North Carolina, and 4570 each in Georgia and Oklahoma.
