He recruits a following of passionate and loyal men to carry out his plans of vengeance against the hasty, exploitative business practices of a young Emirati developer. The men seize an international hotel, endangering hundreds of foreign families and tourists who are held hostage. Unsuspecting Gary Stevens, who befriends a beautiful Jordanian woman, is forced to become a hero.
