The analytical conceptual framework is formed by three theorems: legitimacy, ideology and legal myth. The mechanisms for producing legitimacy in labour court decision-making practice are made transparent. They obscure the view of the ideological contexts lying behind the reasons for decisions. Against this background, the contents of the decisions are subjected to a critique of ideology.
